Jan is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Intuitive Reiki Practitioner. She has been practicing Reiki since 2019 and is trained in Usui Ryoho Reiki and Holy Fire Reiki. She graduated from Cortiva School of Massage in 2020 and is featured on their Hall of Fame as a student role model. Jan will spend time consulting with you to tailor each session to your needs. Her approach to healing is a fusion of Physical, Energetic and Spiritual healing. She enjoys the union and fluidity of Massage Therapy modalities, Reiki/Energy Healing and her Intuitive Gifts. Reiki & Intuitive Healing
Reiki is a holistic, non-invasive healing practice that works with the body's energy field or biofield (Ki, Chi or Prana). It clears and balances the biofield through meridians and chakras (used in acupuncture) that regulate our physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual being. Reiki creates deep relaxation so that the body can self-heal. Reiki is also beneficial in conjunction with Western medicine. My full Reiki service comes with a Intuitive chakra reading, scan of your energy field and Reiki/Energy Healing. Reiki is administered via hand placements on your body and in your energy field. Sound Healing, Crystals and Tuning Forks may also be used in this session as needed to assist in moving Energy.
Therapeutic Massage
This custom session is centered around relief from muscular pain and easing your nervous system. This service uses a combination of Swedish, Forearm Fusion, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial and Neuromuscular Techniques to release tension in your body & work out adhesions and ease tense muscles. Massage is extremely beneficial for reducing stress, lowering heart rate, blood pressure, and boosting mental health and wellness.
Mini Hot Stones and Aromatherapy are included in this session. Reiki, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, Stretching and Percussion Therapy can be added on as enhancements.
Reiki Intuitive Massage Combo
This combination service comes with a little bit of all my abilities. It starts with 45 mins of Intuitive chakra reading, scan of your energy field and Reiki/Energy Healing. Reiki is administered via hand placements on your body and in your energy field. Also included is 45 mins of a therapeutic massage using Swedish, Forearm Fusion, Trigger Point and Myofascial Techniques. Sound Healing, Crystals and Tuning Forks may also be used in this session as needed to assist in moving Energy.
Intuitive Chakra Reading
This service is a reading of the seven chakras that are in your energy field. Chakra in Sanskrit means "wheel" and refers to energy points in your body. They are thought to be spinning disks of energy that should stay “open” and aligned, as they correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. It is focused on your highest healing & guidance on your personal Spiritual journey. I am very happy to offer this service as this is a sacred, heart-centered offering, As my Intuitive gifts are fueled by love, to serve and hold a healing space for my clients.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Massage - A very light touch massage that encourages lymph flow in the body, especially for conditions that have fluid retention. This type of massage is indicated for post-surgical such as lymph node removal, cosmetic surgery, abdominal discomfort such as constipation and menstrual cramping, edema, Lymphedema, knee pre and post surgery, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, ankle sprains and strains, Oncology, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, detoxification, as well as for your overall well-being.

Oncology Massage

Sound Healing Session
Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. My sound healing session uses crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and koshi chimes that are placed onto and around the human body. Sound healing is used to restore the chakras' to healthy and harmonious vibration. Other benefits also include clearing your energy field, deep emotional release and relaxation.
