Reiki & Intuitive Healing
Reiki is a holistic, non-invasive healing practice that works with the body's energy field or biofield (Ki, Chi or Prana). It clears and balances the biofield through meridians and chakras (used in acupuncture) that regulate our physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual being. Reiki creates deep relaxation so that the body can self-heal. Reiki is also beneficial in conjunction with Western medicine. My full Reiki service comes with a Intuitive chakra reading, scan of your energy field and Reiki/Energy Healing. Reiki is administered via hand placements on your body and in your energy field. Sound Healing, Crystals and Tuning Forks may also be used in this session as needed to assist in moving Energy.
Therapeutic Massage
This custom session is centered around relief from muscular pain and easing your nervous system. This service uses a combination of Swedish, Forearm Fusion, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial and Neuromuscular Techniques to release tension in your body & work out adhesions and ease tense muscles. Massage is extremely beneficial for reducing stress, lowering heart rate, blood pressure, and boosting mental health and wellness.
Mini Hot Stones and Aromatherapy are included in this session. Reiki, Cupping Therapy, Gua Sha, Stretching and Percussion Therapy can be added on as enhancements.

Your session begins with Intuitive Chakra Reading to assess what needs balancing, opening, and grounding before bodywork begins. This energetic assessment sets the intention and informs everything that follows — ensuring the work is specific to what you need in that moment.
From there, a seamless blend of therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Integration, and Reiki carries the session forward — intuitively guided by what your body and energy field are calling for. Tuning forks, sound, and crystals may be woven in naturally as the session unfolds.
There is nothing to do, nothing to figure out, and nothing to explain. You simply arrive, receive, and let your system do what it already knows how to do.

Using therapeutic massage, CranioSacral Integration, and Reiki, your practitioner follows the intelligence of your body — bringing each modality in as the session calls for it. There are no hard lines between techniques, just continuous, responsive presence.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage is a nurturing massage that focuses on the special needs of mothers-to-be during pregnancy. Positioning, pillows, and cushions are used to enhance support, decrease pressure and increase relaxation for both body and mind.
Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Lymphatic Massage - A very light touch massage that encourages lymph flow in the body, especially for conditions that have fluid retention. This type of massage is indicated for post-surgical such as lymph node removal, cosmetic surgery, abdominal discomfort such as constipation and menstrual cramping, edema, Lymphedema, knee pre and post surgery, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, ankle sprains and strains, Oncology, Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, detoxification, as well as for your overall well-being.

Sound Healing Session
Sound healing is the use of specific instruments, music, tones, and other sonic vibrations to balance and heal the body, mind, and spirit. It involves using specialized sound frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere to promote deep rest, nervous system rebalancing, and emotional release. My sound healing session uses crystal singing bowls, tuning forks and koshi chimes that are placed onto and around the human body. Sound healing is used to restore the chakras' to healthy and harmonious vibration. Other benefits also include clearing your energy field, deep emotional release and relaxation.
Therapeutic & Corrective Facial Massage w/ Scalp Treatment
Utilizing TCFM techniques, this 60-minute Facial and Scalp Therapeutic Massage combines sculpting, lifting, and fascia release techniques to address TMJ disorders, sinus pressure, and headaches. This holistic treatment includes lymphatic drainage and reflexology for the head, neck, and shoulders, enhanced by a soothing hot towel application that promotes relaxation while visibly improving skin tone and texture.
