 It’s been a while since I’ve written a blog! Hope everyone has had a happy and healthy summer! We are at the beginning of the Fall season. The leaves are starting to fall and the morning air is beginning to get crisp! A change of seasons is always exciting for me. New schedules, new routines and never forgetting Self Care because you cannot pour from an empty cup. Speaking of New beginnings, I have the wonderful opportunity with expanding into an additional location inside Dr Jill Chiropractic in Chadds Ford. I first met Dr Jill at the Women’s Professional Group Network in Glen Mills. I made an appointment for a chiropractic adjustment and loved her professionalism and gentle touch. The rest is history! I have many clients that routinely book their massages on the same day of their chiropractic adjustments. The goal is to have your muscles loose and pliable because muscles move bone. A Chiropractic adjustment moves bones. The result is that the client receives a better adjustment and that adjustment lasts longer. It is the perfect combination of therapies that compliment each other perfectly! The best way to optimum health always consists of multiple modalites and factors.
